Sergei Zenin
In a former life Sergei Zenin was an airline pilot, but now this charismatic botanist spends his days enjoying the flora of Kyrgyzia’s beautiful mountains. We’ve been amazed by his unrivalled intimate knowledge of where to find plants especially monocots, and he has shown us just how richly varied the Kyrgyz flora is. Lively and thoroughly entertaining, Sergei will go to extraordinary lengths to find the rarest and most beautiful of his country’s plants.
