Booking your dream tour has never been easier! Follow the intuitive steps on this page to reserve your spot on one of our captivating expeditions. You can choose from a wide range of destinations, carefully crafted itineraries, and flexible dates that cater to your preferences and schedule.

We require an online deposit to secure your reservation, which can be paid through our safe and encrypted payment portal. Please don’t worry; your financial information is protected, and we follow strict privacy policies. Once your deposit is received, our dedicated team will contact you to finalise the booking and provide all the details for your upcoming adventure.

Online Booking Process

1. Find the tour on the website and choose ‘Book this Tour’.
2. Complete the booking form and pay the tour deposit.
3. You will be sent confirmation of your place(s) on the holiday.
4. Twelve weeks before departure, you will be sent a detailed information pack, species lists if requested, and the invoice for full payment. Your air tickets will be forwarded between one and four weeks before departure. Full payment must be made by cheque, credit/debit card or directly to our bank at least ten weeks before departure.

Offline Booking Process

1. Download and complete the booking form, remembering to read the booking conditions on the website.
2. Send the signed form, complete with a deposit, to us at the following address.
   8 Eliot Close, Armitage, Rugeley, WS15 4UP
   The deposit can be paid by cheque, credit/debit card or directly to our bank (Sort Code 30 96 17 Account Number 04189030).
3. You will be sent confirmation of your place(s) on the holiday
4. Twelve weeks before departure you will be sent a detailed information pack, species lists if requested, and the invoice for full payment. Your air tickets will be forwarded between one and four weeks before departure. Full payment must be made by cheque, credit card or directly to our bank (please ask for our bank details) at least ten weeks before departure.
