Seda Soylu

Seda Soylu was raised in the Hatay region of Turkey on a farm where her family grew mandarins, olives and pomegranates. Hatay is that corner of the Mediterranean where Turkey bends down towards Syria and is a true botanical crossroads with a wonderful range of flowers, something that attracted Seda from an early age. She moved to Ankara to study botany and is now finishing her Master there, studying the flora of Ka? in Southwestern Turkey. An excellent botanist and enthusiastic about all aspects of the natural world, Seda speaks fluent English, and is a natural leader.
