Julia Corden
Julia Corden trained at RBGE and RHS Garden Wisley. She is now a Horticultural Consultant, and Botanical/ Garden Tour Guide. For 18 years Julia was Garden Manager at the Explorers Garden at Pitlochry, Perthshire, an initiative she helped to set up. She has lead expeditions to Bhutan and Arunachal Pradesh. As a Botanical and Garden Tour Guide she has taken tours to over 25 countries including Costa Rica (18 times), Switzerland (19 times) as well as New Zealand, The Falklands and Newfoundland. She has a passion for Alpines, Herbaceous and unusual plants. Julia lectures widely in the UK, Europe, Canada, USA and New Zealand, and is past President of The Scottish Rock Garden Club.
