Georgia Wingfield-Hayes

As a child Georgia Wingfield-Hayes was crazy about wildlife and knew all the wildflowers, birds, butterflies and animals around her childhood home in Sussex, England. She is a biologist and writer with a broad interest in natural history, especially mammals and birds. She has a more specific interest in wolves and the role of apex predators in the ecosystem. This aspect of ecology along with human-nature relations, are two of her favourite topics as a writer. She now lives in Spain as a result of a long-held dream to reside in a land of wolves. She previously worked as a wildlife guide in Costa Rica in the Pacific Rainforest and on the Pacific Ocean. She has a great enthusiasm for guiding and sharing her knowledge with others.
