Eric Miranda

Eric Miranda’s contribution to our Mexican tours is invaluable as he provides a wonderful framework from which we can enjoy the region’s fabulous fauna and flora. Once a chef, he ensures the tours are first-rate gastronomic experiences as he introduces us to some fine restaurants along with traditional local eateries. Eric is a resident of the beautiful city of Morelia and provides great historical and cultural background to both the Colonial period and its architecture and the older traditions and stories, indeed Eric’s recounting of Tarascan and Tarahumara myths and legends will leave all spellbound.
