This collection features some of the best from this years’ tour plus many new ones from my reccy of southern Kyrgyzstan before the tour, an area which has only just opened up again and which featured some fascinating steppe, walnut forests with giant foxtail lilies and the pristine meadows above Lake Sary-Chelek as well as abundant Rollers, Hoopoes and Blue-cheeked Bee-eaters.
