Another fab tour, stunning scenery and wonderful wildlife. What a great group to travel with too! I was quite pleased with my photos despite having my camera settings wrong until the second to last day 😉
We had amazing close views of the Grizzlies chasing salmon in the Orford River, playful Orcas, fantastic Black Bears with cubs and rafts and rafts of Sea Otters. The Wolves on Vanga Island were a real bonus and very exciting, Two sightings of River Otter were great, one off shore and a family stuffed with salmon on one of the rivers! The Roosevelt Elk were beautiful in the dusk. Some of the small things were very special; anemones, and hermit crabs, beach combing, Bleeding Tooth fungus and Sandpipers.
