Travel Insurance is an essential element of your holiday, but due to FCA regulations, we are not able to arrange insurance for our clients. This has to be arranged direct with an authorised company. Fogg Travel Insurance Services Limited are authorised and regulated by the FCA under reference no 307304 - www.foggtravelinsurance.com or tel: 01623 631331 (retail option). Please make sure that your travel insurance covers your needs of your trip, including any activities you are participating in. If you are in doubt that an activity is covered, you will need to contact your travel insurance provider for advice on cover.

You will be sent confirmation of your place(s) on the holiday.
Twelve weeks before departure you will be sent a detailed information pack, species lists if requested, and the invoice for full payment. Your air tickets will be forwarded between one and four weeks before departure. Full payment must be made by cheque, credit card or directly to our bank (please ask for our bank details) at least ten weeks before departure.
All the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Please ask for it and check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it.
